Dear Kayleigh and the Repair Team at Phil and Teds,

I just wanted to send you a quick note to say how FABULOUS you and the team at Phil & Teds are.

I am a mum who likes to get out and about a lot and I am so in love with my Phil and Teds E3V2 buggy that I tell anyone who'll listen (and many who just nod politely anyway) how wonderful it is and how it's the best buggy in the world and NZ made to boot. I am also a midwife and bore any client to death with details and often get so excited that I'll drag the buggy in for a quick demo!

A couple of weeks ago Air NZ damaged my buggy then tried to 'fix' it themselves despite my absolute insistence that they send this marvel of design directly to the experts who made it. After a week they finally did what I asked.

Not only did you fix the axle within a day, but you also repaired a tear in the canvas side arms and provided a loan sling so I was still mobile in the mean time. I have always found Phil and Teds to be helpful in the extreme and now I'm a Raving Fan.

Kayleigh, you were great on the phone and after untold fruitless and frustrating conversations I had with Air NZ, you were a breath of fresh air with your can-do stress free and professional attitude.

Pro Cycling Team referral

Hey there Phil & Ted,
This is a great story we wanted to share with you. We are at a hotel in Solvang, CA and so is the CSC pro cycling team. As we walked through the lobby, we met a group of riders who took notice of our stroller (the e3 4-in-1 stroller). We provided a full demo, since we are true fans of this product, and one was hooked, a rider named Ivan Basso who just happened to place 2nd in the Tour de France 2005 behind our very own Lance Armstrong. Basso may just be the next pro cycling Tour de France champ.

We directed him to your site, offered assistance, and he and another team member will be ordering this stroller. Many people ask us about our stroller, but this is by far the most exciting inquiry. I would guess that we could take credit for 3-5 recent sales of this product, including one to Ivan Basso, one of the top athletes in the world today. It’s so light. At only 12 lbs, it’s easy on the back, and the fold is very compact. It’s very different.
